NEW FOR 2011: BIRMINGHAM TOURS GRAVEYARD GHOST WALK - MURDER, MYSTERY & SUSPENSE - A NIGHT OF DARK DEEDS!

Buried just below the surface of the city are the remains of hundreds of thousands of long dead citizens. Hear about their hard, often violent lives and tragic deaths and discover where their spirits still roam the streets today. Our tour will take you from the heart of the city in St Philip's church yard to the atmospheric coffin factory and the chilling catacombs in the unique Jewellery Quarter.

Starting point: main entrance of St Philips's Cathedral

Dates: 4th February, 4th March,1st April, 6th May, 3rd June, 1st July, 5th August, 2nd September, 7th October, 4th November, 2nd December – these walks take place on the 1st Friday of the month.

Time: 7pm – lasting approximately two hours – finishing at the Red Lion Pub, Warstone Lane.

Birmingham Tours City Ghost Walk – ghosts, ghouls and spooks – a night on the town!

Beneath the surface of modern, bustling Birmingham lies a long history of dark deeds. Let us take you on an alternative walk through the city’s past, retelling stories which may haunt you long after the sun has gone down. We can promise tales of plague, public execution, haunting and murder most foul along the way – join us, and find out more about the darker side of Birmingham.

Starting point: steps of the Council House, Victoria Square except for the November and December walks which start from the main entrance of St Philip's Cathedral.

Dates: 21st January, 18th February, 18th March, 15th April, 20th May, 17th June, 15th July, 19th August, 16th September, 21st October, 18th November, 16th December – these walks take place on the 3rd Friday of the month.

Time: 7pm – lasting approximately two hours – finishing at the Old Joint Stock Pub, Temple Street.
